My personal and professional journey is a complex concatenation of destinations and positions. I spent 9 years in the primary forests of Borneo (as Ph.D. student and Postdoc. Fellow), a year in the city of Museums, Berlin (as Professor) and now I am back to Sibu, Sarawak in Malaysia. Currently, I am working as Associate Professor and Head of the Advanced Centre for Sustainable Socio-Economic and Technological Development (ASSET) in the School of Computing and Creative Media, University of Technology Sarawak.
